Wondering what to get Larkin for his Birthday this year? Here are a few of his current favorite "toys" that aren't really toys at all:
The Sweeper.
Oh my goodness does he love a sweeper. Any and all sweepers. He knows where they are stored at Skyline so we have to visit them when we eat there. He watches in awe when we find someone vacuuming at a store. He says goodnight to our sweeper when we put it in the closet after using it. Just don't turn one of the things on!
Daddy's Drill.
You can put him on the floor with a drill and he'd be busy for hours. He watched in awe as our bathroom got remodeled. That was over a month ago and he still talks about "Adam's drill fix Larkin's bathroom".
Anybody's Shoes but His.
He doesn't mind ihis own shoes, but he much prefers everyone else's shoes. He insists on taking them off of me and Phillip then putting them on himself. He doesn't discriminate - he wears gym shoes, slippers (flip flops), heels, and boots. He gets mad when he gets the flip flops stuck on his leg, but otherwise it's total love.
PS - Please don't buy him any of these things for his Birthday. Except maybe a new pair of heels. He prefers the fit of a 6.5 in women's.
