Cincinnati is the place to be this summer for Baseball fans. I mean unless you care about winning the World Series. But everyone else was psyched to participate in all things All Star Game.
Count us in!
It started with mustaches and pillbox hats everywhere.
There's something really great about celebrating baseball Cincinnati-style.
So we headed downtown to soak it all in for the entire weekend.
The boys got to participate in all the lively interactive games they had.
There was even an indoor field with lots of kiddos pretending to be big leaguers.
I may have had to fierce whisper "There's no crying in baseball" to a certain OCD rule-following 5 year old who couldn't handle not playing traditional baseball.
Wat may have confused the pitcher's mound with first.
Check out Larkin in the background with his classic WTF? face.
Eventually we broke them away to check out some of the other things. There was just so much information, history, and excitement about all things baseball.
And then they'd had enough.
Smile one more time and we can go home!
Of course we couldn't let the World's Largest Baseball pass us by, so we stuck around for one more picture.
