Visit from Grammy and Gramps

Larkin was so excited to have his Grandparents visit from Tennessee this past weekend.  He suckered Gramps into pushing him around on his little car.
We all went down to Great American for a tour of the stadium to get us in the mood for Opening Day.  This was Larkin's first conscious visit to the stadium.
We got to see the field from tons of different levels.
And see lots of things on the inside as well.
 Including the Press Box.
 And the Diamond Club.
And the seats that are closer to the batter than the pitcher is.
We all got to get together and stand on the field, but NOT the grass.
Except when our group was busy in the dugout and the tour guide had his back turned...
Larkin got to stand on the grass
And we didn't even set off any alarms.

 He thought it was hilarious.
He also got to sit in the visitor's dugout
It was the perfect day for baseball!
We headed to the Hall of Fame museum to see Larkin's namesake, who is all over the place in there.
He felt an immediate connection.  Haha.
He even wore a Larkin jersey and hung out in a baby-sized dugout.
Actually, he wore the same jersey that his mommy was wearing in this pic:
 From 2005.

It was a fun weekend and it wore the baby out!
