Happy Larkin is 3 Months Old!
You have hair and it is so fuzzy! Not curly yet, but fuzzy.
You love to suck on your fingers. I don't know if it will turn into a thumb sucking-like thing. It might just be that you like to stick things in your mouth. Because the last few days you've almost mastered putting toys in there as well as your hand. Usually at the same time.
You still sleep 8:00 pm until about 5:00 am, then go back down until 7:00 am. I attribute this mostly to your Miracle Blanket (YES - it IS a miracle) that you get wrapped in every night. I call you Little Burrito when I come to get you up in the morning. You look shocked in this picture but that's because at 7 am you weren't expecting a flash. You were really happy to see me at the time.
The drool has increased exponentially. It runs everywhere all the time. We are both usually soaked during the day; sometimes from spit-up but more likely it was just drool.
New development this month: SHOES! Here you are rockin your Daddy's favorite kicks.
And we say goodbye to:
Summer clothes. Sad. You are moving right along into 3 - 6 month things; although you still fit into most 0 -3. You are wearing size 2 diapers right now.
Constant holding. Yea! You are enjoying the floor and tummy time. I can prop you up to sit and you even like to stand (with lots of help).
Other general newborn-like tendencies. Your face is so expressive now. Look at this adorable guy!
Larkin you are getting to be so much fun! 3 months doesn't seem like a long time, but it feels like you've been mine forever. We continue to thank God for our amazing little boy.
